mobility matters, s3 e2: the journey to flexible mobility

I am delighted to share with you our latest Mobility Matters episode, “The Journey to Flexible Mobility,” with special guest, Alex von Springer, US Policy Adviser, Shell. Having partnered with Cartus to develop the US domestic core/flex policy for Shell less than a year ago, Alex shares her own flex mobility journey. Joining us for the conversation was our very own Lisa Johnson, Director, Global DEI Solutions, who provided her own “flex-pertise” on the subject.

According to our latest Cartus research, 65% have seen an increasing demand for greater flexibility in their programs, primarily due to evolving employee needs and expectations. So, in today’s discussion, we address a number of hurdles that may be preventing folks from implementing such a policy, namely the biggest question we get, “Where do I begin?” We also discuss the challenges faced by companies that have already embraced a flexible policy, including how to ensure it continues to meet assignee requirements.

No matter where you are in your flex journey, this is a conversation you’ll want to join. Enjoy!
