mobility matters, S2 episode 6: dei in the asian context

In this episode of “Mobility Matters”, I had the opportunity to discuss the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) challenges in Asia with Lisa, a great conversationalist, and director of Global DEI Solutions at Cartus.

Based on our latest DEI mobility pulse survey, 99% of companies surveyed have DEI as a priority in their organizations. Across the globe and even just within the Asian region, DEI priorities vary greatly, and this poses challenges to companies as they try to integrate DEI strategies into their company objectives. This episode explores some of the DEI priorities in the APAC region, including gender inequality, LGBTQ+ issues, and language and cultural differences, as well as practical strategies to meet these priorities.
