Amy Spiker, Global Talent Mobility Leader, Eaton
Amy has been with Eaton for 28 years and is the organization’s Global Talent Mobility Leader. Amy is responsible for policy and process design and deployment, internal consulting, and supplier management for international mobility, US domestic relocation, and immigration programs.
Anna A. Ciri, Manager, Domestic Mobility, Textron
Anna A. Ciri is a seasoned global mobility management professional with over 20 years of experience in both corporate and client service settings. Currently, Anna is serving as the Manager of Domestic Mobility at Textron, Inc., Anna is responsible for the effective management of Textron’s U.S. domestic relocation program. Anna is skilled in relationship management, program development, customer service, project management, data analysis, coaching, and mentoring.
Prior to her current role, Anna held strategic positions with a variety of relocation management companies. Anna earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She holds the CRP and GMS designations with the Employee Relocation Council, is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker, and is an active member of the New England Relocation Association (NERA).
Joeyee Ching, HR Manager, Global Mobility & Talent, Hexcel Corporation
Joeyee Ching is the HR Manager, Global Mobility & Talent at Hexcel Corporation. In her role, she oversees global mobility programs and talent management initiatives, ensuring effective and strategic human resource practices across the organization. Joeyee brings a wealth of experience from her previous positions at Barclays, EY, and KPMG US. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Pace University.
