key findings

Covering topics such as program size, move types, cost management, flexibility, remote work, cross-cultural training, and DEI, here are some of the survey report’s key findings:

  • One of the main reasons why Consumer Goods and Retail respondents have relocated employees in the last two years is because they couldn’t find the talent they needed locally (36%).
  • The vast majority (92%) said they manage intra-country moves, which is a big jump from the full report’s 80%.
  • A much higher proportion of respondents in this industry, 75% in fact, have international remote workers, compared to just 57% who reported the same in the complete report.
