Many people know that to raise a child, it takes a village. At Cartus, our village includes our Global Supply Chain Network, which is comprised of suppliers from 190 countries, all dedicated to our clients, and providing them with strategic support every day.
Our supplier management processes are based on three key priorities: cost management, service, and compliance. Our supplier partners continue to excel in these areas, and we had the privilege of honoring our network at Cartus’ 23rd Annual Global Network Conference.
Held on September 20-21, 2023, the event’s theme was “Where Mobility Meets Agility,” highlighting the innovative, empathic, and agile way our supplier network assists our clients in navigating the global mobility world.
The Conference was also an opportunity for our supplier partners to meet Cartus’ new President and CEO, Matt Tebbe, who provided a company update during the opening session.
This year’s conference supplied our attendees with a refresher on how we can continue to successfully work with companies to meet their mobility goals and spotlighted ways in which they can support relocating families in their host locations. The conference featured two panel discussions, “The Evolution of the Customer Experience,” and “Staying Relevant in Global Mobility Today (and Tomorrow).”
The sessions included expert speakers from Cartus and supplier partners, each sharing real-life examples of ways to adapt to accommodate evolving customer demands, as well as creating a greater understanding of how to meet clients’ growing expectations.
The conference concluded with our award ceremony, which included the announcement of our most coveted prize, the Cartus Masters Cup, awarded to two companies: Oasis Corporate Housing of Florida, U.S. in the “All Things Home-Related” category and Elite Moving Systems of London, United Kingdom in the “All Things Moving” category.
This event is always a wonderful way to recognize the strength of our supplier partnerships and the commitment and exceptional service our supplier partners deliver to clients and their relocating employees. The Network’s global footprint is what helps us deliver on-the-ground support to relocating families. Whenever. Wherever.
