Cartus Singapore was delighted to receive the bronze award for Best In-house Candidate Experience at the recent Employee Experience Award 2023, organized by Human Resources Online, a reputable and reliable HR resource for the APAC region. The category was judged by an independent panelist from the most eminent senior HR experts and thought leaders.
Into its third year, the Employee Experience Awards honors organizations that successfully implemented outstanding employee experience (EX), amplifying four key elements of a holistic EX approach: leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition.
Led by the Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (L&D) Team in APAC, Cartus had huge success in the high-volume hiring and onboarding process to cope with the post-pandemic demands. It is through the dedication and collaborative work of the HR team and management that we ensure the smooth hiring and integration into our organization for the new Cartus employees, which encompasses the introduction and socializing of Cartus culture and values, intensive weeks of skill-based training to equip individuals to be successful in their roles, as well as face-to-face meet-ups with their hiring- managers and higher management for team-bonding and engagement.
