promoting collaboration, creativity and enhanced communication, our new UK hub is now open!

Balloons, cupcakes, a Cartus-branded ribbon and a big pair of comedy scissors can only mean one thing… the grand opening of our brand-new UK hub, Arclite House. I had the honour of cutting the ribbon and it was a pleasure to share such an occasion with so many colleagues, both in-person and those watching our live event virtually.

Since the pandemic began, Cartus has transformed the way in which we do business, moving to a hybrid work model where many of our employees serve their customers remotely—all while earning record-breaking service scores in the process!

Our bespoke UK facility with its striking design and lakeside location helps support this new work model, fostering an inclusive environment for our employees. Whether it’s hosting client or supplier engagements, collaborating on special projects, participating in team building exercises, or even having a quick catch-up with colleagues, having a hub where our employees can meet in person to strategize, socialise and connect remains a valuable resource.

Upskilling for the new way of work

The office design has open hot-desking spaces for collaborative work and networking. It includes informal huddle spaces and revamped meeting rooms, which are perfect for more private discussions or in-depth project work and ideation, while also amplifying our diversity, equity and inclusion values.

We opened our first UK office back in 1979 and this new Swindon hub truly is another significant milestone in the company’s history, helping us to meet our ongoing work strategy for employees, to foster flexibility without compromising results. It follows the unveiling of our regional hub in Singapore in 2021 and precedes our new head office opening in Danbury, CT (US).

The initial feedback from employees has been overwhelmingly positive and we look forward to hosting clients, prospects and suppliers in our new Cartus home, very soon.
