cartus shanghai welcomes a revamped collaboration hub

Since the pandemic, Cartus has transformed how we do business, moving to a flexible and collaborative approach. We now offer an option to work from home some, most, or all of the time (depending on the employee’s individual needs and role) —all while earning record-breaking service scores!

reimagined shanghai collaboration hub

Following the opening of our Swindon Hub, the Shanghai hub also underwent a two-month transformation and re-opened on the 30th of June. Still located in the heart of the business district, Raffles City Changning, the newly revamped space boosts sleek and modern design and furniture, supporting an inclusive environment for Cartus employees. The open working space, multiple huddle corners, and meeting rooms optimize collaboration, creativity, and better communication among colleagues in the hub.

Alzone Ang (Vice President, Global Talent Mobility) and Sanny Linawati (Senior Director, Destination and Real Estate Services) were among the Cartus management who welcomed Cartus colleagues back to the office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

embracing the new way of working

The bespoke office space is designed to meet Cartus’ new way of working, encouraging collaboration, networking, and catch-ups with colleagues. In contrast, informal huddle spaces and revamped meeting rooms are perfect for more private discussions or in-depth project work and ideation. This new work arrangement amplifies Cartus’ and Anywhere’s Reimagine Work strategy. We will continue to unleash the potential of our people while embracing new and flexible ways of working.

“I am excited to welcome our Shanghai colleagues into our redesigned hub, which supports our hybrid work model. We believe that by giving our employees more flexibility and empowerment, we foster an employee-centric approach in our talent strategy. This helps them achieve their professional and personal goals and enhances service to our clients and their employees.”

— Alzone Ang, Vice President, Global Talent Mobility

The new Cartus Shanghai hub, together with Danbury, Swindon, and Singapore hubs, will continue to represent the best of Cartus to our clients, their relocating employees, and their families. We look forward to hosting you at our offices face-to-face.
