Cartus Wins Supplier-to-Supplier Collaboration Award at the 2021 Microsoft Supplier Program Prestige Awards

We are excited to celebrate Cartus’ win at the 2021 Microsoft Supplier Program (MSP) Prestige Awards ceremony.

Held on April 28, 2021, the virtual red-carpet event showcased supplier achievements and revealed the winners of the 2021 MSP awards.

Cartus was recognized along with Ernst & Young (EY) and KPMG as the winner of the Supplier-to-Supplier Collaboration award. This award recognizes suppliers forming direct partnerships to strengthen, evolve, and grow. The winners of this award have embraced a growth mindset, kept collaboration at the core of all their efforts, and leveraged each other’s knowledge and experience to deliver an exceptional outcome.

When Microsoft Global Mobility faced critical challenges in April 2020—including thousands of workers caught in transition and a senior leadership directive to address an employee experience (EX) issue—Cartus, EY, and KPMG collaborated to overhaul the EX as contractors relocated around the globe and the number of points of contact expanded. The companies collaborated to review employee communications to simplify and increase consistency, thus enhancing the EX with five pillars in mind: Make it Easy, Know Me, Enable Me, Transition Me, and Inform Me. Together, they embraced a growth mindset and leveraged each other’s knowledge and experience to deliver an exceptional outcome that exemplified a One Microsoft approach.
