The session—led by Karen Menendez, Global Account Director, Intercultural & Language Solutions and Anna Searle, Client Services Director, Global Talent Mobility—explored best practice recommendations around supporting employee inclusion, incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) principles into mobility policy reviews, offering duty of care to the LGBTQ+ community, and providing coaching support for assignees.
