Cartus|PodcastBlog|S2 Episode 5: Moving the Whole Person – Part One

I am super excited to share our latest “Mobility Matters” podcast, “Moving the Whole Person.” This episode explores the importance of creating a mobility program that meets all facets of a relocation. A successful program is one that goes beyond only providing logistical support. HR and mobility professionals should also consider the assignee’s professional and personal well-being and the additional needs of the entire family (because they’re moving their whole lives too!).

My co-host for this episode is our very own Trevor Macomber, Director, Branding & Communications, Cartus and our special guest is the hugely knowledgeable and engaging, Matthew Ferrara. During the discussion, we share practical and tactical ways to strengthen your engagement with relocating employees, including relationship building and change management.

We had planned for this session to be just one episode, but the discussion included such great content we have created a two-part special, so watch out for the second half in the coming weeks!
