Having partnered with Cartus to develop the US domestic core\/flex policy for Shell less than a year ago, Alex shares her own flex mobility journey. Joining us for the conversation was our very own Lisa Johnson, Director, Global DEI Solutions, who provided her own \u201c<em>flex-pertise<\/em>\u201d on the subject.\n\nAccording to our <a href=\"https:\/\/cartus.com\/en\/insights\/research\/cartus-global-talent-mobility-survey-2024-full-report\/\"><strong>latest Cartus research<\/strong><\/a>, 65% have seen an increasing demand for greater flexibility in their programs, primarily due to evolving employee needs and expectations.
