The primary drivers for this? A lack of local talent, followed by company growth and expansion into different markets.\n\nFor the 30% who said they had seen a decline in activity in the last two years, the vast majority cited \u2018cost containment strategy\u2019 as the reason, 44% ahead of the next-cited reason, i.e., a reduction in volume across different markets.\n\nWhile cost containment is indeed a pressing issue, it isn\u2019t stopping companies from sustaining their mobility journey\u2014in fact, 62% are planning to review their mobility policy.
