Survey\u00a0your prospective assignee population\u00a0to understand what they need, so a robust plan can be put into place to address concerns.\n\n<\/li><li>Offer short, bite-sized\u00a0videos\u00a0covering\u00a0different aspects of the move,\u00a0e.g.\u00a0household goods, timelines, etc.\u00a0Short videos are easily digestible and allow people to access the information they want instead of having to watch a longer version covering all topics.\n\n<\/li><li>Provide a website about living and working in the destination and focus heavily on education and housing, as these two areas typically raise the most questions for employees.\u00a0\n\n<\/li><li>If moving to a higher cost of living area, tackle this topic upfront and explain how the company will support\u00a0its\u00a0employees.
