The category was judged by an independent panelist from the most eminent senior HR experts and thought leaders. \r\n\r\nInto its third year, the Employee Experience Awards honors organizations that successfully implemented outstanding employee experience (EX), amplifying four key elements of a holistic EX approach: <em>leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition<\/em>. \r\n\r\nLed by the Human Resources (HR) and Learning and Development (L&D) Team in APAC, Cartus had huge success in the high-volume hiring and onboarding process to cope with the post-pandemic demands. It is through the dedication and collaborative work of the HR team and management that we ensure the smooth hiring and integration into our organization for the new Cartus employees, which encompasses the introduction and socializing of Cartus culture and values, intensive weeks of skill-based training to equip individuals to be successful in their roles, as well as face-to-face meet-ups with their hiring- managers and higher management for team-bonding and engagement.\r\n\r\n<blockquote><p><i>\u201cI want to commemorate the HR and L&amp;D team who have put in relentless efforts, especially for the past year, dedicating time, and effort to hiring and on-boarding, providing a unique employee experience for all new hires despite the higher-than-usual volume, and never compromising on the quality of each deliverable.\u201d <\/i><\/p><p><i>\u2014 Tracy Edmonds, VP, Global Human Resources<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n<h2>cartus culture<\/h2>Our culture and values are a huge factor contributing to the Cartus employee experience.
