Our research highlighted the differences between US domestic and international moves. For example, 36% of employees on US domestic rotational assignments were primarily experienced current employees, and the second biggest group (at 27%) were new hires. At Cartus, we find that rotational programs in the US tend to be used to develop talent early in their careers.
